a notification will be displayed only for winners. Please note that we will not notify those who were not selected.
Additionally, we will not notify winners separately via email or other means, so please be sure to check your account yourself after the winners are announced.

■ Regarding
Entry and Winning *One automatic entry will be granted for each eligible item purchased. Please select the item with the prize draw bonus at the time of purchase.
*Please enter your participant information at the time of ordering and proceed to checkout. Since participant information cannot be changed or canceled after the purchase is complete or after the winners are announced, please be sure to apply using the name and information of the actual participant.
*We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations after your order is complete. Please be careful to avoid mistakes when entering.
*If you are selected as a winner, your “session (time slot)” will be assigned at random. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to specify a time in advance or make changes.
*Details such as the meeting time will be provided only to winners.
* Please apply only if you are certain you can attend on the day of the event.
* Please note that if you cancel your participation after being selected—whether in advance or on the day of the event—we may refuse your participation in similar events in the future.

■ Special Photography
Rules for Winners of the “VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘TOMO’ Exclusive Premium Group Autograph Session” The following special rules apply only to customers who have won a spot at the autograph session and have been assigned a designated waiting seat.
・Photography: Photography using DSLR cameras and similar equipment is permitted throughout the entire event from your waiting seat.
・Equipment: Tripods and monopods may be used. However, they must be small enough to fit within the boundaries of your seat; using them at a height that obstructs the view of surrounding guests or setting them up so they protrude into the aisle is prohibited.

Request Regarding Appearance in Social Media Posts / Disclaimer
: When posting videos or photos taken at the event on social media or other platforms, please be sure to respect the privacy and portrait rights of others by blurring faces or using stamps to ensure other guests cannot be identified.
・The organizer, venue, and performers assume no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes between guests regarding photography or social media posts. Please enjoy taking photos while observing the rules and etiquette.


■ Regarding
Identity Verification・To prevent resale or transfer of tickets, we will verify your identity on the day of the event. Please bring a form of identification that matches the information you provided during registration.
・Please prepare the following forms of identification:

“Photo ID” (which clearly shows your name and photo): 1 type
; or “Non-Photo ID” (which clearly shows your name): 2 types
.
*You may not submit two copies of the same document. *Copies of identification documents are not accepted.


*Please bring one of the following:

*Due to the enforcement of the “Partial Amendment to the My Number Act, etc.,” health insurance cards will no longer be accepted as valid identification documents.
*Documents other than those listed above—such as bank passbooks, medical cards, invoices, various membership cards, and various types of mail—will not be accepted as “identification documents,” even if your name is printed on them.
* A combination of a credit card and a debit card will not be treated as “two types” of identification.
If you do not have at least one of these, or if (1) the information provided at the time of purchase and (2) the details on your identification documents (name, address, photo, etc.) do not match, you will be denied participation in the event regardless of the reason.
In such cases, we cannot cancel or refund your order.
Please also note that we will not compensate for any expenses related to participation in the special event.
The purpose of this verification is not to confirm the shipping address, but to verify that the purchaser and the participant are the same person. Even if you have set the CD delivery address to a location in Japan but currently reside overseas, you can still verify your identity as long as you have a photo ID (e.g., a passport) on hand.

Under no circumstances will we permit the alteration, forgery, or use of forged identification documents required for this identity verification process, nor will we permit the lending or borrowing of such documents. In
any of these cases, we will deny participation and prohibit you from attending all future VIBY-related events.
*If any behavior contrary to public order and morals or inappropriate requests toward members are observed, the event will be terminated at the discretion of the staff.
*Reselling, copying, or forging winning tickets is strictly prohibited. Winning tickets obtained through resale, such as via online auctions, will be deemed invalid.
*Personal information provided when applying for this event will be used solely for the purpose of sending event notifications and other administrative procedures, and will not be used for any other purpose. For details regarding the handling of personal information and contact information for inquiries regarding this matter, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

■Prohibited Conduct If
a winner engages in any of the “Prohibited Acts” listed below, we reserve the right to cancel the event, and the winner agrees not to object to our decision.If you violate the “Prohibited Acts” listed
below, or if the organizer determines that you are otherwise unsuitable to participate in the event, we may refuse your participation in the event and future applications.

・Reselling (including, but not limited to, online auctions and flea markets), transferring, or
lending participation rights. ・Harassment, defamation, slander, or intimidation of the artist. Additionally, please refrain from asking unusual questions that go beyond common sense during the event.
・Participation
by anyone other than the purchaser.
