Delivery:Your order will be shipped directly to you from Japan. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed based on the items in your cart and your registered shipping address. Shipping to Japan is by Yamato Transport, and to countries and regions outside Japan by Express Courier (Air) DHL.
* If the delivery address specified by the customer is found to be outside the delivery area of the shipping company, the order may be cancelled.
* Shipments cannot be addressed to P.O. Boxes or U.S. military bases.
* If you wish to have your order shipped outside of Japan, please enter the name and address of your shipping address in single-byte alphanumeric characters.

About the delivery address:

We can deliver to your place of work or any other location you specify.Members can register multiple delivery addresses in advance.
* If you specify an accommodation or public facility,Any baggage not notified in advance in accordance with the facility's rules and regulations,Please be aware that your order may be refused or returned to our warehouse.
* The Shop does not confirm receipt or non-receipt with the facility.Please be sure to check with the facility by yourself before making your reservation.I will do so.

Shipping charges:

Domestic delivery: 800 yen flat rate (however, rates may vary depending on some items ordered. Please check on the checkout page)
International shipping: average 3,000 yen

Re-delivery:

We do not accept reshipment in the event that an order is returned due to customer relocation, address entry error resulting in an unknown delivery address, long-term absence, non-payment of duties and taxes included, import non-permission, or other reasons. Orders will be cancelled in accordance with our Terms of Use.
Shipping (including customs duties and other taxes), handling charges, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount and refunded to the payment method used.
Refund details will be provided via email at the time of order cancellation.
