User's Guide
1. Purchase
When you find an item you like in the store, click the "Add to cart" button to add it to your shopping cart.
You cannot purchase "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the shopping cart at the same time. Also, even if they are "pre-order items", they cannot be purchased at the same time if they have different "product release dates". Please place separate orders.
First-time users must register (free of charge) as a member.
Please register using one of the two registration methods below.

You can register using your Shop Pay account, a credit card payment service provided by "Shopify". Shop Pay accounts can be used not only at this store, but also at other Shop Pay-enabled stores. Please follow the instructions on the Shop Pay registration page.
Submit your email address to
You will receive a one-time password, which is an authentication code, to your registered email address.
Please enter the code when you log in to the site.
Shipping charges are not included in the price in the shopping cart.
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed after you register your shipping address.
*The number of products is limited and will be discontinued while supplies last.
*Permits, regulations, and customs rules regarding product purchases vary by country/region. Please be sure to check by yourself before purchasing. Please note that cancellations due to these reasons will not be accepted.
DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, video games, and some DVD-Audio products are region-coded according to the region in which they are sold. The region code is set on both the player and the software, and the software cannot be played unless both of them have the same code. Please check your player and the type of DVD or Blu-ray Discs you are purchasing below before purchasing the product. DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in Japan are region coded 2 and A, respectively.

Some products in VIBY OFFICIAL SHOP can be ordered only by monthly plan members of VIBY OFFICIAL FANCLUB 'TOMO'. Please enter the email address of the "TOMO" monthly plan member on the product page and click the "Send verification email" button. Order Information Registration
Please enter your order information (name, address, and contact information) necessary for product shipment.
If you are shipping outside of Japan, please be sure to register your information using one-byte alphanumeric characters. If you do not use one-byte alphanumeric characters, we may not be able to ship your order.
We will send important notices such as "Order Completion E-mail" to the e-mail address you entered, so please make sure you have set your spam mail settings to block or receive "mail.viby-official-shop.com" and "support-user.com". For more details, please contact us. Please contact your cell phone company or the manufacturer of your email software for more details about your contract and settings.

Shipping Method Selection
Ordered items will be shipped directly from Japan to the customer. Available shipping services and rates will be displayed based on the items in your cart and your registered shipping address. For shipments within Japan, Yamato Transport will be used, and Express Courier (Air) DHL will be used for shipments to countries and regions outside of Japan.
Please check the scheduled shipping start date on the detail page of each product at the time of purchase.
Some products may not be able to be shipped to certain countries and regions. In such cases, we will notify you on the shipping method selection screen based on your registered address after you register your order information. In addition, we may cancel your order even after it has been placed if delivery is difficult due to shipping carriers or other reasons, including global conditions.
Payment
You can choose from several payment methods in this shop.
For domestic delivery in Japan: Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Convenience store payment, PayPay, Alipay, WechatPay

If you wish to register a billing address that is different from your delivery address, you may do so.
You can register your payment information on our website. Once registered, you will not need to register your payment information again the next time you place an order.

Procedure for convenience store payment
I. Click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the cart screen. Tap the checkout button at the bottom of the cart screen.
The purple button is for Shop Pay, the yellow button is for PayPal, and the black button is for Google Pay. Please do not tap this button if you want to pay by convenience store payment.
Ⅱ. Enter shipping address information
There is a button at the top of the screen for Express payment only. Please do not tap this button if you wish to pay by convenience store payment.
Ⅲ. Proceed to the selection of shipping method
Domestic shipping is automatically checked, so please tap the Next button.
IV. Proceed to the selection of payment method
Please select "Convenience store payment" here.If this procedure does not work, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Confirmation of purchased items
You can check your purchased items in the following ways
Confirmation by order confirmation e-mail
After you purchase an item, an "Order Confirmation E-mail" will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. You can confirm your order by clicking the "View Order" link in the e-mail.
Please make sure that you have set your spam mail settings as described in "2.
Confirmation on My Page
If you have registered as a member and made a purchase with that account, you can check the status of your order from your order history on My Page. Please log in from the menu and check your order status on My Page.
Products purchased before registering as a member will not appear in your order history.
6. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
Please note that we basically do not accept returns or cancellations for customer reasons after an order has been placed.
Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt of the product only if the product is initially defective or damaged.
The sizes listed are basically the measurement on a flat surface, and there may be a slight deviation. If a replacement item is available, we will exchange the item for a good one. Please note that we will not be able to exchange items that have arrived after one month from the date of notification from customer support.
