Payment
What payment methods do you accept ?
Credit card, convenience store payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, PayPal, PayPay, Wechat Pay, etc.
For convenience store payments, you will receive an email from KOMOJU regarding payment after placing your order . please note that your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 2 days. For payment at a convenience store, you will receive an email from komoju.com regarding payment. If you have set up a domain name, please turn off the setting or register "komoju.com" in the domain designation.
*If you use convenience store payment, a separate 190 yen (including tax) settlement fee will be charged.
Please contact your credit card company or payment service for the timing of the debit .
How to place an order
■Can I edit my order?
It depends on inventory status and readiness for shipment.
An error message appears even though multiple items I want to purchase are not in my cart . What should I do?
You cannot put "pre-order items" and "regular items" in the cart at the same time. Also, even "pre-order items" cannot be purchased at the same time if the "product release date" is different. Please place separate orders.
About delivery
When will I receive my order ?
Please check the scheduled shipping date on the detail page of each product before purchasing.

How much is the shipping cost ?
Within Japan: 800 yen flat rate nationwide. Please check at the checkout)
For delivery to countries and regions other than Japan: The fee varies depending on the destination country/region. Please check with the cashier.
Where is the tracking number ?
Please check the email sent at the start of shipping or on the order confirmation page.
It may take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be registered and updated on the shipping company's tracking site . Please understand.
