For security purposes and to improve the quality of our services, we record our warehouse operations. In some cases, we may check the recorded data before responding to inquiries about inadequate product packaging, etc.

In the event that the customer fails to receive the merchandise due to the customer's change of residence or address, long-term absence, refusal to receive the merchandise, or non-payment of shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, fees, and other charges, the order will be cancelled. In this case, the customer shall be responsible for delivery charges, taxes, handling fees, and any return shipping, re-importation duties, and other costs incurred in returning the goods, and shall pay all such costs not already paid to the Company, and the price of the goods and other charges already paid to the Company shall be refunded after deducting such costs.
